Well, I went outside picked up my little green pot dumped out the corn kernals and the peanut still in its shell. After a moment of silence dug up a little green plant with white flowers. Within two hours I was informed that my little green plant with the white flowers is a weed. Weed or no weed, I like my little green plant with white flowers. She is pretty, and a plant, good enough for me.
You have to take people (and plants it seems) for who they are. Looking past the packaging to find the good, the not so good, and whole package so to speak.
Is it just me or is buckling up the plant a little tricky. I wound up taking a towel and putting it around the pot so the belt fits around it. Can't have Wanda crashing into the dash after all. Safety first!

A plant by any other name is still a plant.
Alas, May was evidently not ment to become a full grown maple tree. If my maple plant was evidently not ment to become a full grown maple tree then, maybe I can not take for granted what I wish for my life, or the plans I make. It would seem that from this I am to learn to be a little more short sighted. I took for granted that my little maple tree would grow and one day I would plant it in the front yard. It was a long term goal that I new would take a few years before the tree would be strong enough to survive winter. That I would bring it in after fall and keep it safe from the harsh winter and bring it out in the spring. Repot as needed, and wait for it to grow large enough to be planted in the yard.
I will take my little green pot and plant one of the flowers from the flowerbed in front, or maybe even another little maple tree. I noticed there are a few other little maple trees in the flowerbed. What can I apply from my disapointment from even befor I began this quest?..... Well, for one thing I will see what I can do to nurture the task or dream while in the befor and during and not just think because I have set about a task that it will come about. Forgetting that I am not the only one who has plans.

Never take your plant for granted!
As I walked to the flowerbed this morning to pick up May and be on my merry way, I was agast to see that May was gone. Her little green pot was knocked over and inside it were some corn kernals and a peanut still in its shell. It seems that May was evicted by a squirrel so he could stash some food for the winter. I just stood there and thought "stupid squirrel, geeze all summer May has lived in her little green pot and this morning poof, gone". I was actually looking forward to starting my relationship so to speak with my little baby maple tree. Bummer, heavy sigh.

Plant the begining
I will have the plant tomorrow. It is a maple tree I dug out of the flower bed in front of the house. It is in a little pot that I left out in the flower bed. I was going to bring it in for the
winter. Now however, I will bring it in tomorrow and begin the plant friendship. Her name is May since it is a maple tree. The fun starts tomorrow. Should be interesting I have to take my
brothers partner Mike to a doctors appointment tomorrow. On Mondays and Wednesdays I have school. A computer class and polysomnography classes. I am sure this will build character.
